Divas & Decisions is a high-energy cabaret where bold voices meet big surprises. Performers spin the wheel and discover their song moments before stepping onstage—no planning, no overthinking, just instinct and star power. Each choice brings a new style, story, or challenge, making every performance totally unique. It’s playful, unpredictable, and all about celebrating fearless performers who are ready to decide on the fly and shine.

Spencer Glass is an NYC based actor and coach who works with actors looking to slow down, zoom out, and make clearer, more intentional choices in an industry that often rewards urgency over alignment. His coaching lives at the intersection of craft, mindset, and the business of acting. While audition work is part of the process, Spencer’s focus is just as much on helping actors define their lane, clarify direction, communicate effectively with reps, and cut through the noise that keeps them stuck. He approaches teaching as both a steady compass and a strategic thought partner, guiding artists toward careers that feel sustainable, grounded, and deeply aligned with who they are. His clients are on broadway, tv, national tours, working regionally etc.
