Our workouts blend functional strength training, mobility, and endurance conditioning to help performers move with power, prevent injury, and sustain energy show after show. With tailored programming, expert coaching, and a supportive community of artists, Strength for the Stage equips you to perform at your peak and recover smarter—so you can keep shining under the spotlight.

Meet Your trainer
Katelyn Grace Sbrocca is an actress, singer and Certified Personal Trainer based in New York City. After graduating with a BFA in Theatre from Wayne State University and studying abroad in Moscow, Katelyn made the move to New York City...only for it to be shut down 3 short months later due to the pandemic. Feeling directionless, she decided to switch gears and pursue a career in Personal Training. Katelyn grew up an avid mover, playing many sports throughout school. As time went on she found that she didn't have a routine when it came to taking care of her body. Strength training became her safe haven. She fell in love with the discipline, mental focus and the many, many physical benefits that come with consistent strength training. Four and a half years later, Katelyn lives in the city with her husband and two cats, training clients on the Upper West Side while also pursuing a career in theatre.
